ARRIVAL TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive for your appointment no more than five minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. I do advise allowing a few extra minutes for parking, as my building is busy. This allows enough time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your appointment will be shortened in order to allow the next client to have their full session. No full or partial refunds will be given in the event you are late for your appointment
CANCELLATION POLICY & CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR SCHEDULING
I require a credit card/debit card for scheduling appointments. Your card WILL NOT be charged unless you no call/no show.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, cancel an appointment, or reduce your appointment hour. This gives me enough time to fill this time slot. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment, or you do not show up for your appointment, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR the full price of the service. In addition, if you have booked your appointment using a coupon, the coupon will be redeemed. I will also charge $25 for a no call/no show or less than 12 hour notice for my consultations.
I will use your email, phone number, and mailing address for reminders and promotions. I value your privacy and your information will never be shared with a third party. Please let me know if you prefer to not receive emails or text messages and I will remove this information from my records.
Lash Lifts: Mascara, especially waterproof leaves a residue. If you come in with mascara on for me to remove, I may cancel the service before we begin. Waterproof or not, the residue left behind interferes with my solution and the lash lift will not take.
I ask that your children be left with loved ones during your appointment. I do not have a secure lobby or reception area.
Extractions are not provided for the Brash Facial. Extractions may be added to an advanced service.
